There is no personal data that we (as the developer) access or collect. Because we operate no servers, it is technically impossible for us to reach your data. The information you create and store locally on your device while using the app is:

• —Work: focus/work sessions and their durations
• —Tasks: to-do items and their completion status
• —Notes: titles and text content
• —Copy: text snippets you save (e.g. IBAN, address, templates)
• —Health: water intake and the daily routines/habits you create
• —Sport: workout records and notes
• —Calorie: food entries you add and their calorie values
• —Finance: asset, debt and investment records (amount, name, date, quantity)
• —Goals & settings: the goals you set, water/calorie targets and appearance preferences
• —All of this data is kept in your device's local storage (UserDefaults) and never leaves your device. Note: "Health" data refers to records you keep inside the app itself; FOCUS26 does not access Apple Health (HealthKit) and does not read from or write to it.

The app may use device permissions only for the following features:

• —Notifications: A local notification may be scheduled to remind you of debt due dates. These notifications are generated entirely on your device; no data is sent to any server. You can disable the permission at any time in iOS Settings.
• —Clipboard (Copy): In the "Copy" feature, tapping a record copies the relevant text to your device's clipboard. This happens only at the moment you initiate it.
• —The app does not access your location, camera, contacts, photos or health (HealthKit) data.

FOCUS26 does not require an internet connection for its functions and does not transmit your personal data over any network. The only external link in the app is an optional link to the developer's website (besonbes.com); tapping it opens your browser.

• —No analytics or usage-tracking tools are used.
• —No ads are shown and the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used.
• —There are no third-party software development kits (SDKs) or cookies.
• —Your data is never shared or sold to any company, institution or person.

All of your data is stored locally on your device. The security of your data relies on your device's own protections (screen lock, encryption, etc.). The developer cannot access the data stored on your device.

You have full control over your data:

• —You can delete records inside the app (tasks, notes, calories, etc.) one by one.
• —When you remove the FOCUS26 app from your device, all of its local data is permanently deleted as well.

FOCUS26 does not collect any personal data and specifically does not knowingly collect data from children. The app is intended for general use.

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes are published on this page and the "Effective date" above is updated. You can always find the current version on this page.
